The electrostatic adhesion device ensures that the thin film sheet adheres well to the surface of the cold drum to discharge air and achieve uniform cooling. The film adhesion effect is a major factor leading to film thickness deviation and film surface quality, and it is also a key factor in improving production speed.
Continuous moving belt-type electrode attachment device. Driven by a servo motor, it can move smoothly back and forth and position itself on a linear guide rail. The angle of the adsorption belt is adjustable to achieve the best adsorption effect. The equipment consists of unwinding, winding, tension sensor, frame, guide rail, synchronous servo motor system, high-voltage generator, etc. The winding is driven by a synchronous servo motor and is equipped with tension control and adsorption belt heating functions to ensure stable adsorption belt tension and dissolve volatiles remaining on the adsorption belt. The display screen uses a touch screen, which can display current and voltage trends, adsorption belt length, continuous and intermittent time, tension, heating power, etc. It is also equipped with a silk and belt structure, with a working current of 2-5 mA and a voltage of 6-12 kV.

Steel belt electrostatic adsorption devices are available in 4mm and 8mm specifications, and in linear and Ω structures. The Ω structure is mainly suitable for high-speed film lines. Compared with the 4mm specification, the 8mm specification is suitable for wider cast sheets and supports higher tension, making the equipment more stable; the molybdenum wire electrostatic adsorption device is mainly suitable for thick film lines.
This wire and belt electrostatic adsorption device is currently used in optical film production lines, high-speed PETG production lines, and solar backsheet film production lines.
